Spelling Bee
The District Spelling Bee will be held on Wednesday, March 5th at Powell Middle School beginning at 3:00 pm. Hopkins will have a written spelling bee to determine the top three spellers who will move on to the district bee. The date and time of the Hopkins written spelling bee will be forth coming.


Book Exchange
The Book Exchange is back! Is your bookshelf overflowing? Have you read all of your books until you are tired of them? Then bring them to the Book Exchange! Children’s books and adult books are welcome!

For every 2 gently used books you bring, you get to pick out one! So start gathering your old books now!

Dates: February 19th – 22nd
Time: Lunch (11:00 am – 12:20 pm)
After school (3:15 pm – 3:45 pm)
Location: Library


Hopkins PTO Silent Auction – Friday, March 14th
Help support the valuable work of the PTO by joining us at the largest fundraiser of the year! This entertaining evening will include dinner, games for the kids, school performances and lots of wonderful items to bid on!  Click here for more information!

We need your help! Work in a business with something to share? Frequent an establishment that may consider a donation? Have a great skill to share? Please consider donating an auction item!

Donation request letters, including tax deduction information for soliciting businesses are available in the office. All donations can be taken to the school office or call Michelle Caruso at (303) 246-5431 for pick-up. Please make sure to put your name on your donation so we may recognize you in our program.


Community Father/Daughter Dance
The Heritage High School Bands invite the Littleton community to a Valentine’s Day event at Heritage High School for girls 1st grade through high school. Bring your father, stepdad, grandfather, uncle, or other father figure in your life. The dance will feature live music and a ballroom dance teacher. Music will be provided by the Windjammers Jazz Orchestra and the Heritage High School Jazz Bands.

When: Saturday, February 9th, 7:00 - 9:00 pm in the Student Center.
Tickets: $20 per couple in advance or $25 at the door. Additional girls are $5 each.

School Newsletter
The January School Newsletter is now available.


Open Enrollment Intent to Renew
Each year we are required, by district policy, to have all non-resident, open enrollees renew their enrollment for the following school year. If your child meets this criterion you will find the form, along with district policy JFBB, included in your child’s Tuesday folder. Please return the form to the school office by Friday, January 25th.

PTO Information

Home & School Connection
The January Edition of the Home & School Connection is now available.

PTO Restaurant Night Reminder
The PTO has scheduled “Hopkins Night” with Romano’s restaurant who will donate a portion of the evening’s proceeds from Hopkins families back to our PTO (notify your cashier that you are attending for our school).

Please plan to attend these nights for an easy way to feed your family and help our students! Take-out also counts toward our proceeds.
